iLAEA is a global music, media, arts, and entertainment professional association that primarily supports independent urban inspirational artists, creatives, and professionals while focusing on expanding the market reach and potential of the emerging urban gospel/inspirational entertainment.
Responsibilities: Duties will vary depending on department, division, or partner. Interns may be responsible for developing strategy, marketing, branding, digital media plans; special projects; social media integration; database/website maintenance; creating, editing, and distributing content; creating, editing, updating graphic imaging; sending out promotional messages/mailings; conducting online and physical research projects; answering phones, writing reports, proofreading, and general administrative functions, such as filing, faxing, copying and distribution.

Qualifications:
- All candidates must be currently enrolled in a college or university.
- Candidates should display strong written and verbal communications skills, as well as demonstrate ingenuity and an eagerness to learn.
- Candidates must also possess excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop, etc. preferred) and strong organizational skills.
- An interest in the media, music, and entertainment business or professional association management is strongly preferred.
- Students will be asked to intern at least fifteen hours a week but we will try our best to work around student’s schedules.
- Students must provide a letter from their college or university confirming that they will receive school credit. Some of our internships are for credit only.
