Excellence and Integrity
We are committed to demonstrating a spirit of excellence to all of our consumers (internal and external), partners, colleagues, neighbors, and others to ensure we extend our absolute best in word and in deed. We endeavor to delight them by exceeding their expectations, and being a role model of excellence. We pride ourselves in being a trusted and reliable resource to all those we serve. We take responsibility for our actions. We adhere to the highest standards of conduct and godly behavior and are committed to exemplifying honesty and superiority in music and entertainment.
Life Enrichment
We place supreme importance on introducing and cultivating a lifestyle of a balanced, wholesome, and true existence. We recognize the impact of the quality of life we exemplify is contagious and seek to share with as many individuals we come into contact with as possible. We also recognize the importance of delivering relevant content to mature believers that is sustaining to their faith while implementing methods, music, and entertainment that also appeals to individuals outside the four walls of the church. We seek to lead these individuals to Christ in hopes of their conversion and facilitate their discipleship through a local ministry.
Unity
We support the notion that in order to progress and move beyond conventional as well as unconventional barriers that may block our success, we must do so as a unit and not as an individual. We are committed to bridging the gap that exists between the church and urban ministries who bring light to the streets via music and/ or entertainment. We seek to consistently create an environment that encourages sustained relationships and deeper understanding. We proactively acknowledge the diverse gifts and talents of all those who make up the Urban Gospel body and we readily accept their complimenting contributions to our overall achievements as a growing body.
Empowerment
We encourage those within our ranks to give voice and be strengthened in the values and principles we hold dear. We understand that people are the core of our organization and we seek to invest in this human potential by creating opportunities for the development, growth, and advanced exposure of our members. We possess power, authority, and dominion as given to us by God. He has not limited us in our endeavors. Therefore, we accept none that society or circumstances may try to impress upon us and we utilize that which God has given us to be a dominate, cataclysmic force in music and entertainment.
Relevance
We present and promote a kingdom message and godly persona that can be readily received by all with whom we come into contact, being motivated by the Apostle Paul’s words to become all things to all men so that by all possible means some might be saved (1 Corinthians 9:22).
Community
We look to restore a sense of neighborly harmony that once tied us together with unbreakable bonds. We understand that we cannot move toward an expected end if we continue to remain disconnected and disjointed. We support individuals of diverse backgrounds doing things together, acting together in brotherly love to accomplish shared goals. Our motive is to treat each individual equitably, fairly and with dignity, care and respect.
Development
We advance the concept of continuously evolving into highly educated and well-rounded contributors to our industry and the world at large. We seek to create an atmosphere that is conducive to learning, growth, and maturity. We seek out opportunities to learn from the communities and organizations that we support, and in turn we provide opportunities to help them increase their capacity to learn. We question the status quo and are open to new ideas and taking risks; we move quickly to proactively approach issues from new perspectives. We are bound not by tradition but by possibility. We recognize and acknowledge that we serve a God who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20). Therefore, we choose to develop in a way that gives Him the space to do so.

We are committed to have long-term, measurable impact on our industry, our society, and on people’s lives. We seek to address root causes, and we realize that this requires us to address issues at multiple levels. We are committed to going the extra mile to achieve results on time and tracing the effects of our support to specific individuals, communities, and organizations. We realize that this requires reflecting on, clearly defining, and communicating the nature of the change we desire to achieve.
